The units can be specified and supplied in either standard specification, or with a host of optional extras to choose from, which can include kitchen overhead kitchen units with built in extractor, wardrobes and over bed units to bedroom, a double mirror cabinet in the bathroom, and a Dometic roof mounted reverse cycle air-con unit, and much more

5.8, 7, 8, or 9m are the standard length units available, but any length and layout under can also be accommodated.
The units can be road registered and are all towable, so classed as a movable, non permanent structure.
The units have been designed to have more of the look and feel of a permanent dwelling, then any other form of towable structure.
They are more like a small apartment than the equivalent length cluttered caravan.
Your unit can be towed to your site using our trade plate, so no registration is actually necessary if it's staying in one place. It just needs to be registrable, and therefore conform to all Australian road legal requirements, to be classed as a caravan for siting purposes.
This is a very important consideration in existing home lot, or granny flat situations etc, as all other forms of units that sit directly on the ground, and cannot be road registered, will certainly require full planning permission, and it will be very costly and difficult to obtain..... In most cases impossible.
Flexihome units are allowable on any residential park, tourist park, and generally, anywhere you can legally site a caravan, for ancillary accommodation or granny flats. However the rules are interpreted differently from area to area and from state to state, so please take time to satisfy yourself as to the local requirements for your intended use.
Our standard units are ideal for high quality residential accommodation for singles or couples, on a permanent rural site, or granny flat on a home lot.
Also ideal for commercial applications, such as office and storage, road camps, and worker accommodation. (all intended uses may be subject to local approval)
Designed and built on the Gold Coast to be like a small domestic apartment, but having the towable road legal advantage.
We can register the unit with Qld number plates if required, or we can just deliver on our trailer trade plate if staying in one place. All units come with a VIN / Compliance plate regardless of whether you require the unit to be registered.
The unit can be self towed to site with a medium or large 4x4, and easily moved on after as it only weighs 2.5 tonnes based on an 9m unit, smaller open plan units much less
There are both a 9m open plan and a 9m separate rear bedroom display and stock units are available for viewing and purchase at the Gold Coast factory.
