Why would I consider a Flexihome unit over an alternative re-locatable home ? There are several reasons why you might consider; 1) You do not want the delays and hassle in applying for the standard building construction permits, required for any normal, permanent unit that is not road registered. 2) Your land is in a flood prone area and only towable, registered structures are permitted (this is becoming increasingly asked for by parks and authorities) Also the unit can be just hooked up and moved away within an hour should floods be declared imminent. 3) You want a quality, comfortable home that can be easily delivered to site and then just as easily be relocated again should your circumstance change or you just want a change of location. 4) You want a high quality, domestic grade accommodation, offering unmatched value for money.
