Unit Finance Finance is generally available on our units, but becoming increasingly hard to secure. If you need finance to purchase, then our best advice is to get this sorted out well in advance, asking for an amount based on the unit costings and extras guide on this website.

The double occupancy duplex type unit has been designed for worker accommodation and budget tourist park options. 9m in lengths divided in two, giving each half of the total unit, a bathroom with shower and a living area with its own patio door. A small kitchenette can be added to each side if required.

Although not specifically designed as a touring caravan, our units are a great option for Grey Nomads especially if you are staying for extended periods in one place and not wanting to stay in a cramped and claustrophobic caravan.
Delivery to site is available (see examples of cost above) The unit sets up just like a caravan, on heavy duty leg jacks. A more permanent arrangement on bessa block piers is available if required
